Cache is about 0.4l lock-lock container with logbook, pencil, pencil sharpener and some stuff for changing :)

To 1924. gada saka celt Kraj-aizdevu sabiedriba pie Valkas Viesigas biedribas, lai veicinatu vietejo kulturas darbu. Tautas namu projekteja arhitekts Augusts Raisters. Nams veidots neoklektisma stila un ir viens no 1920.- 30. gadu izcilakajiem sabiedrisko celtnu piemeriem Ziemelvidzeme.
1927. gada oktobra beigas notika tautas nama iesvetišana.
1931. gada , lai atvieglotu Kraj-aizdevu sabiedribas gruto finansialo stavokli, ko tai bija radijusi nama buve un uzturešana, namu atpirka Finansu ministrija, bet 1934. gada eku sava ipašuma parnema valsts.
Namam nozimigs bija 1941. gada 6. julijs. Padomju armijai atkapjoties, to bija paredzets uzspridzinat. Latvijas armijas virsnieks Adolfs Maršaus kulturas namu atmineja, bet tad sadursme ar spridzinatajiem tika nošauts.
Pec 2. pasaules kara ekai mainijas saimnieks. 1944. gada oktobri savu darbibu sak Valkas aprinka kulturas nams. 1996. gada 1. julija kulturas namu sava parzina parnema Valkas pilsetas dome

After the division of the town in 1920, the Latvian side also needed it’s culture centre, and in 1927 the construction of the building designed by the architect A.Raisters was completed. This building can be considered one of the most significant public buildings in northern Vidzeme built in 1920-40ies. The building adheres to Neoclassical forms and it is representative of the Latvian architecture of the time.
