A new park in Rosemount.

This may take a couple of visits to size up. Bring your own pencil.

In order to log a smiley for this hide, you must physically retrieve the cache and sign the paper log. Anyone that claims this as found but does not actually sign the log book will see their smiley promptly deleted. Sorry, but the challenge of retrieving the container is what this one is all about.
