Geocache Description:

This is a nice little out of the way park that I thought needed a geocache. The area used to have a large home from the turn of the century that burned long before any of the surrounding homes were even built. The only remanants of the old house is an overgrown driveway just west of the cache. I have metal detected this area and found lots of silver coins and an old telegraph key. Today, the neighbors use the park as a doggie litter box. The county has installed a recepticle that dispenses bags for the doggie droppings, but the neighbors must not be unaware of it. My freinds and I have metal detected this park for years and affectionally call it D.S.P. Please park on W. Mary Jess Rd. near the cache. It is the widest area to park. I averaged over 25 times and because of the tree cover, it is within 20'. Happy caching and watch your step!
