The container is a magnetic key holder with room for a log only so bring your own writing instrument. The container is a bit tricky to open. You will need to press on the plastic tabs on both sides to let it slide apart. It is hidden on a bridge that used to see a lot more traffic than it does now. The new bridge and road to the west bypassed Rocks Mills eliminating sharp curves and dangerous intersections on the main road.
The mill is being torn down and the dam is reportedly being removed. I haven't heard if the area is being redeveloped or if it was all a safety hazard.You can hear the waterfall from the bridge. When I first placed the cache the sulphur spring nearby was not that noticeable. Now the place just plain stinks at times.There is ample parking at the side of the road. This isn't a troll hide so there is no need to go under the bridge. It is a quiet area with minimal traffic, most of the time.
