Geocache Description:

This is a night cache, and must be attempted at night to find it. The coordinates bring you into the woods. At the coords, look for and follow the double fire tacks a stamped dogtag containing coordinates to the final. The terrain rating reflects the amount of bushwhacking needed to reach it. There are no trails.

The container was created for the MnGCA 2009 Fall Event creative cache contest has been replaced and is now a quart-sized peanut butter jar. It is placed on public, open space land. Please enter from Bielenberg Drive to stay on public land. It sure was spooky when setting this up. A full moon lit the way. I scared up an owl that beat its great wings and flew away. I also startled a flock of wild turkeys that were resting in the tree tops. All of sudden, in the silence, I heard a rustle of wings and feathers. Looking up, I saw dark shapes against the sky. Their bodies looked too big to fly, I half expected them to drop on me. It sure made my heart beat faster. Walking back from the cache, a dark shape scurried before my feet. Not sure what that was. Not for the faint of heart! Thanks to Insinoori for help placing the cache!
