Geocache Description:

Plot of land on the St. John River with a quick and easy cache. The terrain is easy but be warned that in the spring the area can flood.

A little piece of land on the Saint John River. It's not much but in the summer the view is lovely. It's down the road from Casey's Diner but I would suggest you pack a lunch and picnic next to the huge tree.

The cache itself is an easy find, the purpose of it is to get people to come visit the scenic route to Fredericton. The cache has a regular trading item. It also contains a log book and a pencil.

The area can sometimes flood in the spring but the cache itself is high enough to not get wet. You can certainly still get to it in the winter but be prepared for the snow.

Also if you see people by the trailer, come say hi, this is my family's summer hangout.

FTF: YAY!!! Sportsman01, good job!
