Cache is located in Daugavpils disused airfield. Here you can find some ruins of airfield buildings and underground hangars for airplanes.
Daugavpils International Airport (Daugavpils Starptautiska Lidosta) is located in vilage of Lociki, Naujenes parish, Daugavpils district, Latgale rigion, Latvia. It is also located 12 km northeast of Daugavpils.
All of the airport's technical infrastructure, runway and buildings are what was left of the former soviet military air base. Today, the base is completely abandoned. In the past, it was home to 372 APIB (372nd Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment) flying MiG-23 and MiG-27 aircraft.
