Monte da Raposa
[Fox Hill]
A mountain with a height about 270m near Peral.
From the top starts a mountain bike trail with some ramps
down the hill.
You can find some rabbits and maybe you will also see a
fox.
To get on the top you can follow two trails:
One starts on the west side, this one is also the
MTB-trail.
The other one starts from the east and is the easier
one.
To take the east-trail you can take a road from Peral
here you can park your car with a distance about 400-250m to
the cache.
The road starts at: N37°08.145´W007°51.292´
follow this road till the end
(N37°07.772´W007°51.581´)
Here you can park your car
or drive on the small bad path in west direction and get a
bit closer.
The Cache:
It´s an ammo-box, to reach the cache you have to climb
up around 2 meters high.
The original content of the container was:
Comic, Game: "4 in a line", Rescue sheet, Compass, Candle,
Keychains, 2 Marbles, 2 Clips and a Snap link.
And of course there is also a logbook and a pencil
included!
