SIGNÁL U SKÁLY KOLÍSÁ, NEVÁHEJTE POUŽÍT HINT!
  Název "Homolka" se vztahuje k nejvyššímu kopci náhorní plošiny Dubovice. O Homolce se traduje povest, že zde byly v dávných dobách konány hlídky, podávající ohnové zprávy o pruchodech obchodních i jiných karavan. Nemužeme to potvrdit ani vyloucit - nikde jsme nenašli žádnou opravdu verohodnou zprávu.
Kdysi se tu rád procházel Jan Rudolf Cernín, který mel v míste bývalé pustevny "Na Fabiánku" drevenou loveckou chatu. Dnes jsou vycházkové cesticky od Fabiánu k Homolce zarostlé a zapadané listím. Když se budete dobre dívat, u Homolky jsou ješte patrné kamenné schody.
 The name “Homolka” refers to the highest hill of the upland plain Dubovice. An old legend about Homolka said that vigils were kept there throughout the night in ancient time, which announced passing of merchant caravans through a fire signal. But nobody can confirm it – no credible record exists.
At long past time rambled here with pleasure the count Jan Rudolf Cernin, who possessed in the neighbourhood of the hill “Fabian” a wooden hunting lodge, on a place of a former hermitage. Nowadays, the walking paths from Fabian to Homolka are overrun with trees and covered with foliage. But an attentive eye can still recognize nearby Homolka an old stone stairway.
 Der Name "Homolka" bedeutet die höchste Anhöhe in der Nähe der Dubovice. Über Homolka wird erzählt dass hier in der alten Zeiten eine Wache stand, die mit Feuerhilfe über den Durchgang der Karawanen berichtete. Aber Niemand kann es bestätigen.
In der Nähe der Anhöre Fabian stand eine alte Jagdhütte, die dem Graf Jan Rudolph Cernin gehörte. Heutzutage sind die alten Wanderwege vom Fabian bis zum Homolka kaum sichtbar. Aufmerksame Auge kann bei Homolka alte Treppen erkennen.
