Geocache Description:

What
I will be hosting an event on the design and development of Wherigo cartridges.

This event will be hosted at the local business of New Horizons Computer Learning Center who have so graciously allowed access to one of them rooms stocked with computers including everything that we will need in order to create a working Wherigo cartridge. My hope for you is to have you walk away with a functional and working cartridge that you can get published.

I will have coordinates available for use to test cartridges in the parking lot. You cartridge's coordinates can then be easily modified for the location that you choose.

When
The scheduled date will be May 22nd, 2010.

Who
Everyone who has had some interest in learning how to develop a Wherigo cartridge is recommended to attend this event. I will cover cartridge design and development including tips, tricks, and bugs.

I have spoken with Groundspeak regarding hosting a Wherigo related event on several occasions now. Groundspeak has mentioned that they may be able to send some swag items. We will see where that goes.
