Geocache Description:

You can see most of Shropshire from here. The climb can be muddy & exposed, so wear boots & waterproofs.

The cache is in a black ammo box, hidden under some stones in the heather.

The box contains - A packet of herb seeds, Sainsburys voucher, glasses repair kit, Rugrats pencil holder, wooden `M`, MP3 CD, a Spiro? & a horse & cart.

Take a picnic with you as the views are great (if its clear).

The area was quarried for the black Dhu stone which was used for making road setts (cobbles). This was taken down a rope incline to be loaded onto railway trucks. The railway has long been taken up, but the incline has been concreted & used as an access road.
