It was a dark and stormy night...
Islander stood under a lamp post, checking his watch. It was the appointed place (with +/- 8m accuracy) and the appointed time. The yellow light streamed down over him with the streaming rain, illuminating his oil clothes and sou'wester.
"When will my contact get here?" he thought to himself. He checked his watch again, and then he saw a car coming down the street with no headlights on.
The car pulled up beside him, and a window rolled down. He strained to see inside, but the car's interior was even darker than the night outside.
"Everything you need you'll find here," a muffled voice said, and a crumpled piece of Rite in the Rain flew out the window.
Tires squeeled, and the car sped off into the night.
Islander picked up the paper and smoothed it out. He read to himself what it said.
