25 Jahre „Last Christmas – Wham!“ in Saas-Fee

Hätten Sie es gewusst, dass das Video zu Last Christmas vor 25 Jahren in Saas-Fee gedreht wurde?

Weil wir als Familie jede Weihnachten in Saas-Fee geniessen sahen wir es als unsere Pflicht diesen Cache zu setzten.

Das Lied “Last Christmas” der Gruppe „Wham!“ ist wohl eines der bekanntesten neueren Weihnachtslieder.

Die Single mit diesem Lied wurde erstmals am 15. Dezember 1984 beim Epic-Label veröffentlicht.

Das von George Michael komponierte Stück wird seitdem in fast jedem Jahr zur Weihnachtszeit wiederveröffentlicht und hat sich zu dem Klassiker der populären Weihnachtsmusik entwickelt.

Der Video-Clip zu „Last Christmas“ wurde in Saas-Fee gedreht. Eine Sequenz des Video zeigt die Bergbahn Felskinn und eine andere Sequenz ein Chalet in Saas-Fee.

Would you have known that the video-clip to „Last Christmas” was shot in Saas-Fee 25 years ago?

Because our whole family spend each Christmas together in Saas-Fee we saw it as our duty to place this cache.

The song “Last Christmas” by British pop duo Wham! is probably the most well-known newer Christmas song.

The single with this song was first time released on Epic Records in 1984. The song composed by George Michael since then developed to a classic of Christmas music.

The video to "Last Christmas" was made in Saas-Fee. One shot shows the cable-car Felskinn and another one a Chalet in Saas-Fee.
