A cache is placed at the very west end of the Osaka Business Park.
Here are a couple of things which may interest you. Most obvious is that two rivers Neyagawa river and Daini-Neayagawa river merges right here.
What you don't see, however, is a drain pump facility buried as deep as 30m underneath it. The drain pump facility serves to drain all the rain water to the Neyagawa river for preventing flooding in the Osaka city. Drain pipes are running all the way from Tennnoji to collect the rain water dumped over the city area called Uemachi. Amazing!
Also you find is an almost-forgotten monument of "Osaka Business Park Development" which describes the history of this place.
After all, this is a peaceful place with breezing air.
