This cache is on the public footpath and the woodland to the right is called Buxton Wood and is not part of the common but is owned by the RHS and was given common land status in a land swap agreement with Surrey County Council about 3 years ago and is now classed as common land.
In the distance to the left is the village of Byfleet and the river Wey.
