Geocache Description:

This cache meets State Forest guidelines.

With its stout reddish-brown chest and its gray back, the American Robin is one of the most familiar friendly of birds. A member of the thrush family, it stands straight and erect on its perch and whistles "tut-tut-tut" clearly and melodically. It builds its nests on the lowest branches of trees where it feeds its babies on insects and berries.
