Geocache Description:

A series of caches exposing the links between the art and science of espionage with the pursuit of geocaching.

A valuable tool in a spy's arsenal is the ability to manage a network of connections. The hardest part of this process is recruitment, as it exposes the spy to revealing themselves to those who don't necessarily share the same objectives. Once established, the network is capable of undertaking the dirty work, leaving the initiating handler with minimal exposure to danger. For geocachers, friends can be helpful in crossing that last muddy metre to the cache, or as a helping hand (or shoulders) to reach that just too high tree hide!

The given coordinates are for a magnetic micro cache located in a high traffic area. The central location of the cache makes it ideal for introducing your friends, colleagues and family to geocaching. If you do take a newbie along it would be great if you could post a photo of you and your recruit(s) somewhere near the GZ, or include in your log a summary of their experience. Money, Ideology, Coercion or Ego are common motivators in the recruitment of new spies. You may well have to appeal to one or more of these motivations to expand your network of geocaching connections.

As with all urban caches, stealth is essential. Please make sure the cache is not visible after you replace it!

UPDATE 10TH JUNE 2011 The cache has been disabled as I am currently unable to provide necessary maintenance. Could the next finder please remove the container and let me know so that I can archive the cache.
