SLO:

V Zoisovem parku so označena različna drevesa kot so smreka, divja češnja, gorski javor, jerebika, srebrna smreka, črni topol, jelka in mnoga druga.

ENG

Lakes on Pristava are located in Zois' park, which throughout the year changing its image.

The Park is located next to the inn Dom Pristava. The pioneer was Karel Zois, who lived in the second half of the 18th century. He was the brother of the more famous Žiga Zois. Mostly he lived at Brdo pri Kranju in a castle in Javornik. In the years from 1785 to 1790 at Brdo he was planting alpine plants and domestic and foreign trees. This plantation was the first botanical garden in Slovenia. As one of the first mountaineers went and gathered plants, in particular in the Julian and Kamnik Alps and Karavanke. Here he also found Zois bellflower, daughter of Slovenian mountains, which is one of the most distinctive endemics. Wulfen, Austrian naturalist, also named Zois violet after him, which he found in 1785. This yellow-flower stepmother grows in the central Karavanke from Golica to Belščica, Stol, Zelenica to Košuta. Botanical garden is named in his memory.

Here are marked various trees such as spruce, wild cherry, sycamore, rowan, silver spruce, black poplar, fir, and many others. Park is full of traces of ancient life in these places. A well-known flower that grows on Karavanke slopes, the narcissus poeticus or ključavnica, as it is called by locals. Narcissus poeticus is a daffodil with a ring of petals in pure white and a short corona of light yellow with a distinct reddish edge. These plants love the light. It blooms in May, but not every year with the same intensity. Flowering starts first in valley locations so that it can be shifted higher on the slopes in June. Its leaves are toxic for livestock until they are green. Narcissus poeticus grow only on regularly mowed meadows.
