Easy to find very small but not micro cache in an abandoned village near Loviste
(apx. 5 km) on the Peljesac peninsula.
Leicht zu findender sehr kleiner aber nicht Microcache in einem verlassenen Dorf nahe
Loviste (rd. 5 km) auf der Halbinsel Peljesac.

You can reach the decaying village by the road between Orebic and Loviste. About 12 km from Orebic and 5 km before reaching Loviste, at N 43° 00.155 / E 017° 04.891 can be found a parking area right at the beginning of the access road. A little further there is also a parking spot at N 43 ° 00.177 / E 017 ° 04.934. The area right of the access road’s ending should not be used as parking area ("Please no parking" - sign).
On the way to the hiding place you can explore the abandoned and decaying village. There you will see some threshing floors and olive oil mills. Old baking ovens and other village “furniture” can be found too. However, please strictly respect the fact that two generations ago, people lived there and for sure many of them perceive this village as their hometown.
You will find the cache in the north of the deserted village. Close (a few meters) to the hiding place, you will find a threshing floor with inlaid stone tiles. Its circumference is marked by small standing stones. The hideout is located directly under the eaves of the derelict hut’s long side turned towards the threshing floor behind a slightly different-coloured stone. The box has approximately three times the length of a film canister, the diameter is more or less the one of a film canister.
Refrain from removing other stones than the designated ones as well as from all other disruptive acts endangering the village's structures - otherwise I shall immediately archive the cache. To find the exact location please use the provided pictures – once more:

Note on cache maintenance
Every year we spend a couple of days on Peljesac peninsula. Since the cache was hidden both in an absolutely dry hiding place and protected from animals, we assume that maintenance will not be necessary during the year. In the event of a "maintenance crisis" a local committed himself to provide help.

Sie können zum verfallenden Dorf über die Straße zwischen Orebic und Loviste zufahren. Ungefähr 12 km nach Orebic bzw. 5 km vor Loviste, bei N 43° 00.155 / E 017° 04.891 finden Sie eine Parkmöglichkeit gleich zu Beginn der Zufahrtstraße. Etwas weiter besteht ebenfalls eine Parkmöglichkeit bei N 43° 00.177 / E 017° 04.934. Der Platz rechts am Ende der Zufahrtstraße ist jedenfalls unbedingt freizuhalten („Please no parking“ – Tafel)
Am Weg zum Versteck können Sie das verlassene und verfallende Dorf erkunden. Sie werden dort einige Dreschplätze und Olivenölmühlen sehen. Auch alte Backöfen und sonstiges Dorfmobiliar werden Sie finden. Respektieren jedoch bitte unbedingt den Umstand, daß noch vor zwei Generationen hier Menschen lebten und sicher viele davon diesen Ort noch als ihren Heimatort sehen.
Sie werden den Cache am Nordrand des verlassenen Dorfes finden. In der Nähe (wenige Meter) des Versteckes befindet sich ein mit Bodenplatten ausgelegter und mit stehenden Steinen begrenzter Dreschplatz. Das Versteck befindet sich unmittelbar unter der Dachtraufe der dem Dreschplatz zugewendeten Längsseite der verfallenden Hütte hinter einem leicht andersfärbigen Stein. Die Cachedose hat in etwa die dreifache Länge einer Filmdose und hat in etwa den gleichen Durchmesser wie eine solche.
Das Herausnehmen anderer Steine als des/der bezeichneten ist zu unterlassen, ebenso wie alle anderen, die Struktur des Gebäudes (zer-)störenden Handlungen. Sollte sich eine (Zer-)Störung abzeichnen, wird der Cache sofort zurückgezogen und archiviert. Zum Zweck des leichten Auffindens des Versteckes, verwenden Sie bitte die mitgelieferten Bilder, welche Ihnen den genauen Versteckort zeigen – denn einmal mehr gilt:

Notiz zur Cachepflege
Wir verbringen jedes Jahr einige Tage auf Peljesac. Da der Cache sowohl trocken als auch vor Tieren geschützt versteckt wurde, gehen wir davon aus, daß unterjährige Wartung nicht notwendig sein wird. Für den Krisenfall haben wir die Zusage eines Ortsansässigen zu helfen.
