It's time for Stage 4 - Arena Crossing.
This is Stage 4 in a cache race challenge that will take place
over the Summer of 2009. You don't have to find the previous cache
in the series to find the next one, but you have to find all of the
cache's to claim the prize. The first 3 geocachers to find every
stage will receive a prize. For those that find the cache in the
qualified time frame there is a Bonus Prize for the cacher that can
write best log on gc.com, it
can be funny, creative, tell a story, or demonstrate sportsmanship.
Write something that will make it worth reading, not just TFTC!
Each stage will increase in either terrain or difficulty
challenging your geocaching skills. You don't have to be in the top
three in every stage, you simply have to find all the previous
stages before the final time expires, but you want to complete the
series in the top three (and I love come from behind stories). The
final location will be a puzzle that you will have to solve. You
can read more about the 2009 Race for the Cache and each stage at
my website Geocaching with Team
JNLE4.
You will receive keys to the puzzle in each cache that are critical
to finding the final cache. Good luck and have fun.
Stage 4: Arena Crossing
This is an urban micro or nano placed in a heavy traffic area in
downtown Columbus. This hide reminds me of one of my favorite
caches
Purple People Bridge IV. Please be stealthy and rehide as
found. If you have trouble replacing the cache please e-mail me as
soon as possible.
This should go without saying, but just in case: The cache is not
near the train tracks so please obey the "No Trespassing" signs and
do not climb the fence to search on the tracks (noted for
Keystone).
