Florenceville was named after Florence Nightingale in 1855, by Lt. Gov. Lemuel Alan Wilmont.She was the founder of modern day nursing and the heroine of the Crimean War.
We decided to place a cache at this beautiful sight along the St. John River.Take a moment to enjoy the view and read the plaque. We have placed a magnetic key holder for now but hope to replace it with a small cache container a bit later. Cache holds a log sheet only, please bring your own pencil. Stealth is required to get this one.
Cache is now a bigger one with some traders.
