Geocache Description:

Station Car Park

Lea Green Station was opened in 2000 on the Liverpool to Manchester line and has a large car park with CCTV security - beware the cache could hardly be nearer to a camera! Actually there was another Lea Green Station a little further along the line but that was closed about 1955 and strictly speaking the new station is at Marshalls Cross. When I hid the cache I was at the station photographing one of the steam specials running from Liverpool to Holyhead on August Sundays. Please replace as found with care, some subterfuge may be needed not to attract the attention of the CCTV operators.
