Near Jihlava there is situated the monument HighStone,whichcomes under Pavov cadastre. Remnants of mining activities in the Middle Ages....
The Upland is constrained by the western exocontact of the Moldanubian pluton in the west, the rim of the Boskovice Graben in the east, and by
sediments of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin in the north. The metallic ores deposits of the central part of this unit are typical of numerous occurrences of Pb-Zn-Ag vein mineralization.
Most of the sites have been mined or at least explored using mining techniques as early as the Middle Ages, and the last prospecting and mining took place there in the mid-20th century.
Some deposits constitute historically significant ore districts with numerous sites (e.g., Jihlava Ore District, Havlíckuv Brod Ore District), while others are completely isolated.
The deposits are hosted by various regional-geological units.
The remains of mounds and earth-works relating with medieval mining of silver and lead ore.

U Jihlavy se nachází prírodní památka Vysoký kámen která spadá do katastru Pávova . Nalezají se zde také pozustatky z dob stredoveké težby .
Zbytky obvalu a výkopu souvisejících se stredovekou težbou stríbrných a olovených rud.
Na Ceskomoravské vrchovine je charakteristická západní cást moldanubického plutonu, kde se na dne príkopu nachází sedimenty ceské krídové pánve.
Kovové rudy jsou v centrální cásti tohoto útvaru s cetnými typickými výskyty Pb-Zn-Ag mineralizací žíl. Vetšina z nich byla vytežena nebo prozkoumána pomocí technik dostupných ve stredoveku a poslední pruzkumné a težební práceí zde probíhaly v polovine 20. století. Nekteré ložiska jsou historicky duležité, s nálezem rudy v mnoha místech (napr. Jihlava, Havlíckuv Brod, atd.), zatímco jiné jsou zcela izolovány.
