ATTACK OF THE FOURTY FOUR FOOT SNOWMAN was too long of a nickname to fit on the GPS.

This tall guy sits in beautiful North St Paul on Margaret st overlooking the new Sandberg memorial bridge crossing the new version of HWY 36. The Gateway trail is also right under the watchful eye of the snowman.

The first time I saw this talking giant he was on main st aka 7th and moved to 36 about ten years ago. If in town take note of the ice cube light poles along main st.. quite unique. Also if in town on friday night during most the summer you'll be treated to a great classic car show... one of the biggest in MN. Cross the highway before the reconstruction use to be Veterans park with a fountain and large gun aimed at our friendly snowman.. I think to keep him in line??

Ever get the feeling someone is watching you? Guaraneteed to always be at least one muggle here.. just look over your shoulder and up..up..up. As always use stealth and bring your own writting utensil.

Hint = if you found my cache OH POOP its the same container.. best form of recycling is to reuse. I wonder if the POOP bench is still there

*2011* The cache has moved to an easier to reach spot and coordinates updated. It should not be necessary to climb up in the planter.. an adult should be able to reach it with feet on the ground
