Der Cache liegt an einem unserer Lieblingsplätze auf Mallorca. Wir waren schon öfters dort, aber der Platz ist immer wieder aufs Neue faszinierend. Leider musste der Cache von einem Multi-Cache auf einen Traditional umgestellt werden, da sich einige Bedingungen für die umfangreichen Rechnungen nicht mehr vorhanden sind. So fehlt z.B. der Schaukasten im Eingang zur Kirche, in dem Informattionen über die Geschichte des Ortes zu finden waren.
Wir haben daher alle Rechnungen zur Ermittlung der Koordinaten für den jeweils nächsten Stage eliminiert und lediglich das Final angegeben. Wir würden uns aber freuen, wenn ihr trotzdem dem Kloster, der Kirche und dem Aussichtspunkt auf dem Gipfel einen Besuch abstatten würdet, auch wenn das Final selbst in der Nähe der Christusstatue liegt.
Wir hoffen, dass euch der Cache dennoch Freude bereitet und ihr ihn auch weiterhin zu zahlreich besucht, wie in der Vergangenheit.
Achtung: den Cache bitte mit besonderer Vorsicht heben! Ein gewisses Maß an Raffinesse wird dabei nötig sein, denn es ziehen unter Umständen ganze Muggelströme in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei!!!
Genießt den Ort, an dem ihr Euch jetzt befindet. Für uns ist die Zeit kurz vor Sonnenuntergang der schönste Zeitpunkt dort, denn es bietet sich dann das beste Licht zum Fotografieren und man hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Insel.
Zur Erstausstattung gehörte auch ein reisendes Logbuch, das inzwischen selbst auf dem Weg ist. Irgendwann möge einer das Logbuch nach einer langen Reise wieder in den Cache Don Alfonso zurückbringen, so dass es dann seine Reise dokumentieren kann.

The cache is located in one of our favourite places on Mallorca. We have been there many times before, but the place is always fascinating. Unfortunately, the cache had to be changed from a multi-cache to a traditional one, as some conditions for the extensive bills no longer exist. For example, the showcase in the entrance to the church, where information about the history of the place could be found, is missing.
We have therefore eliminated all calculations for the determination of the coordinates for the next stage and only indicated the final. However, we would be pleased if you would still pay a visit to the monastery, the church and the viewpoint on the summit, even if the final itself is near the statue of Christ.
We hope that you will still enjoy the cache and that you will continue to visit it in large numbers, as you have done in the past.
Attention: please lift the cache with special care! A certain amount of finesse will be necessary, because whole streams of muggles may pass by in the immediate vicinity!!!
Hope that you enjoy the place you are in now. For us, the time just before sunset is the most beautiful time there, because it offers the best light for taking photos and you have a fantastic view over the island.
The initial equipment also included a travelling logbook, which is now on its way itself. Someday, someone may bring the logbook back to the Don Alfonso cache after a long journey, so that it can then document its journey.
