Tato largemulti-cache slouží na vymenu Travel bugu a Geocoinu.
Vznikla na památku Motelu TB+GC Brno, který byl rozmetán po okolí kde byla tradicní cache umístena a dost trackpredmetu bylo ukradeno. Už nikdy nebyla obnovena " budiš ji zeme lehká ". A proto tato Cache vznikla jako multicache aby dala trochu námahy s jejím nálezem.
Je umístena uprosted nasi Republiky a skoro i ve stredu Evropy.
Hotel je umísten tam kde se stromy mají rádi a je jim jedno jaké jsou rasy. Na onom miste se nachází dva druhy stromu jehlicnaté a listnaté. Z Jehlicnanu je to Smrk stepilý a Borovice lesní. Z listnatych Buk lesní, Bríza belokorá.
