Geocache Description:

Who can play a Wherigo Game? Anyone with a Wherigo player installed on their device.

1 Garmin Colorado and Oregon users.
These devices have the Wherigo player software built into the devices so they are ready to go.

2 Pocket PC users.
Pocket PC hand held devices that have or are linked to a GPS signal, running Windows Mobile 2003 or higher can download and install This official Player here Visit Link.

3 Cellphone users
Most Cellphones that are able to run Java programs and that have or are linked to a GPS signal can download and install this program Visit Link. Although this is an unofficial player it is the one I used to test this cache. It has a few bugs, but able to play the cartridges. If you going to use this Player, leave the option (Enable Logging) unchecked, because with it check it seems to make the Player freeze up. It is also important to note that there is no save option in this Player. So one would need to player the Quest from start to finish in one go.

Once your Player is installed and up and running, you going to need to download the cartridge for the cache. Available here Visit Link.

The above co-ordinates will take you to the start of the Quest.

This Quest has been inspired by the old PC Quest games one used to be able to play and it takes place within the Gonubie Nature Reserve.

The Reserve is only open to public at certain times during the week. The key is available on request from the Municipality in Main Road. Phone number 043 740 4000. It is open to the public Monday-Wednesday-Thursday between 7.30am-1pm and 2pm-4.30pm and Sunday 10.30am-1pm and 2pm-4.30pm.

This is quite a lengthy Quest and should take a minimum of 2 hours to complete. So half a day or a full day should be put aside to play the Quest, participants I hope should enjoy every minute of the Game.
