This is a very kid friendly cache in a really pretty park.
Commander Zoink is the captain of an alien ship that went down on the planet a little while ago. His mission was to make contact with the strange creatures he knows as earthlings. When you discover him, please remember to give him a gentle handshake as a way to show your intergalactic appreciation for his visit. His ship was damaged beyond repair so local craftsmen are building him a replacement which should be ready soon.
