Une petite ballade de 2 km sur un sentier de randonnée à travers la forêt de Rennes qui, d'arbres en balises, vous mènera jusqu'à la cache finale!
Les coordonnées initiales sont celles du parking des Juteauderies en entrée de la forêt de Rennes.
L'ensemble du parcours jusqu'aux proximités de la cache finale se fait en suivant le sentier balisé de traits horizontaux jaunes (PR). Certaines zones peuvent être un peu boueuses, il est recommandé de s'équiper de chaussures adaptées en fonction de la saison. Seule la section de sentier longeant le ruisseau n'est pas pratiquable en poussette.
Depuis le parking, rendez vous au WP2 aux coordonnées N48°10.322' W001°34.946'. Il s'agit de l'entrée du sentier balisé de traits blancs.
Engagez-vous en sous-bois et suivez le sentier jusqu'au WP3: N48°10.345'W001°35.009'.
Là, notez le numéro A < 10 gravé dans la balise.
Ignorez la pince rouge et le chiffre 69 accolé.
Continuez jusqu'au WP4: N48°10.391'W001°35.030'.
Là, un peu à l'écart du sentier, se trouve un arbre multi-troncs recouvert de mousse. Comptez le nombre de troncs B qui partent de la souche.
Poursuivez le long du sentier balisé. A la sortie du sous-bois, le sentier continue vers le nord-est. Ne ratez pas la bifurcation à gauche, le long du ruisseau, avant la route goudronnée.
Longez le ruisseau jusqu'au WP5: N48°10.565'W001°35.063'.
Au milieu du cours d'eau, un superbe arbre multi-troncs. Comptez le nombre de troncs C qui le composent. Attention: un tronc peut en cacher un autre, soyez attentif!
Continuez à suivre le sentier balisé. Une zone très embourbée peut présenter quelques difficultés à franchir. Si c'est le cas, vous pouvez rebrousser chemin jusqu'à la bifurcation le long du ruisseau, reprendre la route goudronnée vers le nord, puis rejoindre la sortie de sous-bois du sentier au WP6: N48°10.666' W001°35.066'. Le sentier balisé se poursuit vers l'ouest.
Au WP7 de coordonnées N48°10.589' W001°35.174', vous trouverez un arbre numéroté. Notez ce numéro D.
Le sentier repart en sous-bois. Notez le numéro E gravé dans la balise (comme à l'indice A) au WP8 de coordonnées N48°10.517' W001°35.227'.
Vous avez à présent tous les éléments pour trouver les coordonnées de la cache:

La cache est un tupperware plongé au creux d'une énorme souche recouverte de mousse. N'ayez pas peur de plonger la main dedans!

The initial coordinates are those of the Juteauderies parking lot at the entrance of Rennes forest.
The whole trail to follow until the final cache's area is marked by horizontal yellow lines on the trees. Some areas can be a little muddy, I recommend to use adequate shoes depending on the season. The section that follows the river isn't suitable for strollers.
From the parking lot, go to WP2: N48°10.322' W001°34.946'. This is the beginning of the trail marked with horizontal white lines.
Go into the forest and follow the trail until WP3: N48°10.345'W001°35.009'.
There, write down the number A < 10 engraved on the waymark.
Ignore the red punch and 69 written next to it
Continue until WP4: N48°10.391'W001°35.030'
There, a little aside the main path, you'll find a multi-trunks tree covered with moss. Count the number of trunks B starting from the stump.
Keep following the marked trail. Once out of the woods, the trail continues towards north-east. Don't miss the turn on the left, along the river, before the tarred road.
Follow the river until WP5: N48°10.565'W001°35.063'.
In the middle of the river, a multi-trunks tree. Count the number C of trunks in this tree. Be careful: a trunk can hide another, so take your time!
Keep following the marked trail. A very muddy area may prove to be a bit difficult to cross. If this is the case, you can turn round until the turn left along the river, take the tarred road northwards, then get back to where the trail gets out of the woods at WP6: N48°10.666' W001°35.066'. The marked trail continues westwards.
At WP7: N48°10.589' W001°35.174', you'll find a numbered tree. Write down that number D.
The trail continues into the woods. Write down the number E engraved on the waymark (like number A) at WP8: N48°10.517' W001°35.227'
Now you have everything you need to find the coordinates of the cache:

The cache is a plastic box hidden in the insides of an enormous moss covered stomp. Don't be afraid to put your hand in it!
