Dolina Tamar je nadaljevanje Planice, ki je znana po tekmovanjih v smucarskih skokih. Tako pozimi kot poleti je priljubljen izletniški cilj, v njej pa se zacenjajo tudi zahtevne poti na okoliške vrhove. Priporocam, da parkirate v Planici in se po pešpoti odpravite do doma v Tamarju, ki je prva postaja tega zaklada. Do doma vodi tudi makadamska cesta, po kateri je vožnja sicer prepovedana, a tega številni izletniki ne upoštevajo.
Zacetna vsebina zaklada, ki naj ostane v njem: dnevnik, svincnik, šilcek, sporocilo in dehidracijski gel.
1. postaja: Dom v Tamarju (N 46° 26.770' E 013° 42.808')
Dom v Tamarju je odprt prek celega leta. V njem je mogoce tako prespati kot si privošciti okusno hrano s prijazno postrežbo.
Za izracun koordinat naslednje postaje potrebujete naslednje podatke:
A = Število vecjih oken v spodnjem nadstropju na zadnji strani doma
B = Število vseh oken na lesenem delu zadnje strani doma
C = Druga števka nadmorske višine doma
D = Tretja števka nadmorske višine doma
E = B + C
F = A - C
2. postaja: Slap Nadiža (N 46° 26.BED' E 013° 42.ABF')
Nadiža je prvi izvir Save Dolinka, ki dokoncno pride na površje v Zelencih. Slap je visok 10 metrov, do njega pa po levem bregu vodi oznacena precej strma pot, na katero se odpravljajte le ustrezno opremljeni. Navedene koordinate vas pripeljejo do zacetka, strmega dela poti, kjer se nahaja tudi vodno zajetje.
Za izracun koordinat naslednje postaje potrebujete naslednje podatke:
G = Skupno število oken in vrat na stavbi
H = Število vecjih lukenj na vsaki rešetki nad vrati (v osrednjem delu brez locenih v kotih) je dvomestno - izracunajte razliko med obema ciframa
I = Število glav vijakov na notranjem navpičnem robu vsakega polkna
J = H - G
K = I - G
3. postaja: Slap Crne vode (N 46° 26.GJG' E 013° 42.HKI')
Slap Crne vode se nahaja v zatrepu doline Tamar, pred zacetkom vzpona poti na Vršic. Najvec vode ima v pomladanskem casu, njegova višina pa je 70 metrov. Zaklad je skrit pod slapom na mestu, od koder je pogled nanj še posebej lep.

The Tamar valley is a continuation of Planica which is renowned for ski jumping competitions. It is a popular destination in winter and in summer. There are also several difficult directions into the surrounding mountains starting there. I suggest you leave your car in Planica and continue on foot to the Dom v Tamarju mountain hut which is the first stage of this multicache. There is also a road leading to it which is closed for traffic but many just ignore this detail.
The initial contents of the cache which should not be removed are: logbook, pencil, sharpener, cache note and dehydration gel.
Stage 1: Dom v Tamarju mountain hut (N 46° 26.770' E 013° 42.808')
Dom v Tamarju is open throughout the year. It offers beds, food and friendly service.
To calculate the coordinates of the next stage you need to collect the following data:
A = Number of larger windows on the bottom floor at the back side of the hut
B = Number of all windows in the wooden part of the back side of the hut
C = The second digit of the hut altitude
D = The third digit if the hut altitude
E = B + C
F = A - C
Stage 2: Nadiža waterfall (N 46° 26.BED' E 013° 42.ABF')
Nadiža is the first spring of Sava Dolinka which surfaces again in Zelenci. The waterfall is 10 meters high. On its left bank there is a steep path leading up to it but don't climb it without proper equipment. The coordinates will bring you to the beginning of the steep part of the path where there is a water collection facility.
To calculate the coordinates of the next stage you need to collect the following data:
G = Total number of windows and doors on the building
H = Number of larger holes on each grate above the door (only the central part without the separate ones in the corners) has two digits - calculate difference between both digits
I = The number of bolt heads on the inner vertical edge of each window shutter
J = H - G
K = I - G
Stage 3: Crne vode (Black water) waterfall (N 46° 26.GJG' E 013° 42.HKI')
The Crne vode waterfall is at the end of the Tamar valley just before the path to Vršic starts climbing up. It has the most water in spring time. It's height is 70 meters. The cache is hidden under the waterfall from a point which offers a particularly good view of it.
