36.000 hectolitres par récolte,

Il vieillit remarquablement en évoquant les grands crus de
Bourgogne (il peut se garder entre 7 et 10 ans)./

La cache se situe près de l’ancien Moulin (à qui le
cru Moulin à vent doit son
nom) implanté au
point culminant
du village de Romanèche-Thorins,
sur le coteau venté du Pionsé, sur la route de Chenas. Mentionné
sur des documents datant de 1813, Il a été plusieurs fois refait,
en 1827, en 1906 et en 1950, année où il a été démantelé./
The cache is located near the old Mill (who believed the wine
Moulin à vent is named) located at the highest point of the village
of Romanèche-Thorins on the windward slope of Pionsé on the road to
Chenas. Mentioned in documents dating from 1813, It was rebuilt
several times, in 1827, in 1906 and 1950, when it was
dismantled.
Il a été restauré en 1999 par les charpentiers Michel Auge et
Laurent Nicod qui ont refait le toit et les ailes et a été inauguré
le 12 juin, pour le 75e anniversaire du cru, en présence des
viticulteurs./
It was restored in 1999 by the carpenters Auge Michel and Laurent
Nicod who redid the roof and wings, and was inaugurated on 12 June
for the 75th anniversary of the locality, in the presence of wine
growers.
Le
moulin est classé Monument Historique depuis le 29 Août
1924./
