IT'S BACK! If you've never seen my stick, the
Seldom
Seeker, this will be a perfect opportunity to do so. When you
grab the
Seeker,
you'll have what you need to determine the first waypoint as well
as the final coords. You must log the grab of the
Seeker
before proceeding with the cache find. When you get to waypoint
one, you will use the same technique you used to get the initial
coordinates to determine the coordinates for the final.
When you get to the final you will need to use one of the
accouterments of the
Seldom
Seeker to retrieve the cache. Please be very careful with this
piece of equipment (and the stick in general) and note that you may
need to remove the boot protecting it. Please make every attempt to
replace the final as you find it. I know this could be tricky but
at the same time make sure it isn't wedged in place either.
This cache is dedicated to Team Hemisphere Dancer who created
the Seldom Seeker and creates many other fine walking sticks. This
is an opportunity for you to see and use one for yourself for a
time and appreciate his handiwork. Be advised, Hemi does like to
walk.
The
Seldom
Seeker has been slightly enhanced and care should be taken not
to overuse the many attachments it wields so that others may enjoy
it for a long time to come. In particular, use the light sparingly.
The
Seldom
Seeker cannot reside in any cache but must be grabbed by one
cacher from another cacher on the trail.
The Geocache Notification Form has been
submitted to the High Cliff State Park Geocache Liaison, Jay
Vosters, of the Wisconsin DNR.
