You have been brought to a location in view of a city landmark for children. Because of the such flat terrain, the city created this to attract kids in need of fulfilling extreme winter fun. I suppose extreme summer fun could be had as well, but I have never seen any daredevils.
Please hide again well so there is not a CLOSE ENCOUNTER with the cache and muggles, as people walk by this area in every direction all the time.
If you want to preserve your memory of this location, you may want to make a batch of mashed potatoes.
