This cache replaces CoooL which has been displaced by recent activity along Mott Road
Venture to an open area above the creek where various sizes, colors and shapes of rocks are spread over the open ground. Small boulders are in evidence here too.
The coordinates will take you to a lichen covered boulder. Sit for a few moments to enjoy the gurgling creek and the melodious song birds. You might be lucky enough to observe butterflies as well. We did when we placed the cache.
The cache is located very close to the boulder on which you are sitting. The container is small (3 inch) round and camoed, of course. It contains a FTF Sacajawea dollar.
There was no poison oak in the immediate area. Do be careful of where you put your hands...AND don't forget to check for Ticks! Most of all have fun and enjoy the area and the hide.
