Geocache Description:

One of a ring of caches round Staines Moor, of variable difficulty and terrain.

NOTE: THERE IS A TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE AT THE END OF THE CIRCUIT.

The pedestrian level crossing between #15 and #16 was closed from April 18th 2014 for a year BUT REMAINS CLOSED. An alternative route is shown at the crossing gate, which adds about half a mile to the route. After #15, turn right (north) at N51 26.743 W000 31.397 until you reach the road at N51 26.905 W000 31.435, then turn left.

A beautiful spot with lovely clear waters, a seat to rest on and maybe eat your lunch, and a fun hide to boot. What more could you ask for .

A clip top box with magnets taped to it.
