[ENG] The story goes that once the Devil became angry with
locals and decided to drawn all of them by blocking up from the
lake outcoming Taleja river. One night he got a really big stone
and was taking it by air. But the stone seemed to be too heavy even
for the Devil and he decided to rest on his way and placed the
stone near the lake. He stepped with one foot on the stone and was
wiping sweat. From his own weight the foot sticked in to the stone.
That moment resounded cock crow and the Devil had to run away. From
that time in stone there is deep footprint . In archeological
literature this stone is classified as monument of old religious
cult – footstone. Not far from the stone are other important
ancient places – Lindenu and Boku ancient bural ground and
