This is a World Wide Flash Mob event
It is part of a much larger effort
held by geocachers around the world on
5-2-09.


At precisely 11:00 a.m.
(our time)
other World Wide Flash Mob events across country and around the world will occur.
Come and be a part of this World Wide event.

Several local cachers have expressed interest in hiding new caches for this event.
Come early, Stay late-n-enjoy a day of cachin' before-n-after the event!

ITINERARY:
(use your GPS clock to be accurate)

10:45 AM - 10:59 AM
Participants wait patiently and/or stroll around the area.
As best as you can, act like a muggle
Pretend not to know each other or give any indication that something is about to happen.
At 10:59 AM slowly begin to move towards ground zero.
STAY AWAY from ground zero until the signal is given.
(A 5 gallon bucket will be placed out)

11:00 AM
Turn on your flashlight and converge right at ground zero.
Use your flashlight to look into the bucket.

Log slips will be handed out
Bring your own pen, pencil, or stamper
Sign individual log slip and drop it in the collection box.
Next - turn to someone close by and “Swap Swag” or trade “trackables” if you so choose.

11:05 AM
Group picture takes place.
Listen carefully and follow all directions given by photographer quickly as to where to line up.

11:10 AM
At this time we will be having a drawing and two names will be picked from the collection box.
One winner will receive a WWFM V geocoin donated by rockymtn8iv
and one winner will receive a Geocaching Colorado Geo Chat 2009 Geocoin donated by starnsun

11:14 AM
One minute warning is announced:
"It is now 11:14. Prepare to leave!"
Organizers will seal up log container for transport.

11:15 PM EXACTLY
Everyone leave immediately!
Meet elsewhere if desired

There are several caches in the area to be found including
Starnsun's Let's Go Geocaching Together!!!
(GC1G2D9)
Which requires two geocachers to team up for the find.
So find a partner and Go have Fun!

This event will be held rain or shine – please come prepared for the elements.
(Trenchcoats, etc.)
