Saturday, April 25, 2009 Cheyenne Mountain State Park
8:00 - 8:15 Gather at the Visitor Center to form carpools. there
will be a short drive and short hike to the CITO site. Parking is
very limited.
8:30 - 11:00 trash pickup - there's lots of it!
11:00 - 11:15 Group photo and return to Visitor's Center to
receive day pass
11:15 - 1:00 Head to group picnic area, Prairie Skipper, for
lunch. Burgers, hot dogs and drinks to be provided by Friends of
Cheyenne Mountain State Park. Please bring a side dish or dessert
to share.
1:00 - ?? Enjoy the rest of your day caching or attending other
activities going on at the park!
The area is wooded so please wear long pants, long sleeved
shirt, gloves and sunscreen. Bring your own water! The park will
provide trash bags.
With enough helpers we will definitely create Mount CITO in
Cheyenne Mountain State Park.
