To find out who stole the Pink Panther jewels you must enter the coords as listed below.

Coordinates above are not correct. Enter the correct coordinates to find the last clue.:

The correct coords to take you to the final mystery cache just off McLaughlin Rd. near the TransCanada Hwy are:

Once you have found the Missing Jewels (GC1ME5V), there will be a final clue in the cache to give you the info required to find Who Dunnit (GC1MX03). There will be a final, final clue in this Who Dunnit cache to identify the villain who stole the Pink Panther Jewels.
