Geocache Description:

South St Paul has a brand-new tunnel.

Kaposia Landing Park (aka Port Crosby) is now easier to get around in. In the past, those enjoying the paved trail leading up the ravine had to climb a steep hill up to 19th Ave N, then back down the other side to continue their walk. That all changed recently when the city put in a brand-new tunnel connecting the two sections of park. This is not a cache for those that are looking for some quick numbers. Expect to spend plenty of time here, and probably get multiple DNFs. GPS signals don't transmit to the inside of concrete tunnels, so plan on pacing the distance on your way in from the entrance.
