Geocache Description:

Cache Details

This is a quick and easy Kids and Family Friendly cache, tucked away in a lil' hidden park in St. Michael. The 'Noles kidlets found this spot while searching for the other two "Tree" caches that are hidden in this park, so this is a kind of companion cache to complete the series.

Location, Parking, and Access

This nice patch of woods and trail is owned and maintained by the City of St. Michael. Park hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, and dogs are allowed but leashes are required.

There are two trailheads into the area, one on the SW corner and one on the NE corner. The South trailhead is located directly on 47th Street NE, at N 45° 13.195 W 093° 37.760. The North trailhead is at the intersection of 50th Street NE and Naber Avenue, at N 45° 13.455 W 093° 37.450. There is ample free and legal street parking right at the South trailhead, but if you prefer the North trailhead the closest parking is across the street at the Middle School. (For obvious reasons, please don't park at the school during regular school hours!).

You are looking for a nice big Lock 'n Lock, hidden in the usual sort of place. The cache starts out with two travel bugs, assorted camping gear, and a whole bunch of toys and trinkets hand-selected from the 'Noles kidlet's personal collection. As always - thanks, have fun, and happy hunting!
