pitkin autolla pääsee melkein viereen.
[ENG]Relatively easy micro close to Pilpasuo nature reservation
area. Drive-in cache, if you dare to drive couple of kilometers on
forest road.
[FIN]Pilpasuo on Oulun laajin, lähes ojittamaton suoalue
Itä-Oulussa. Se on yksi valtakunnallisista soidensuojeluohjelman
kohteista ja myös Natura 2000 -ohjelman suojelukohde. Kätkö on
Pilpasuon luontopolun varrella, suon etelälaidalla olevan

Kokemuksen perusteella jästejä saa väistellä viikonloppuisin
loppukeväästä loppusyksyyn varsinkin kauniilla säällä.

[ENG]Pilpasuo is a nature protection area and one of four Natura
2000 areas (network of the EU’s important nature protection areas)
in the county of Oulu. It is the largest undrained mire to Oulu.
Cache is located along the 7km long Pilpasuo nature trail in the
vicinity of the shelter with a fire place at the southern edge of
Pilpasuo.
Based on own experience, be aware of geomuggles on weekends from
late spring to late autumn especially on nice weather.
