On a recent trip to my favorite winery in Virginia, I found a
cache that was part of a series called, J.O.E. or Just Off Exit.
Caches in this series are placed along limited-access highway exits
and are intended to help travelling cachers break up the monotony
of highway driving with some quick finds.
The hint is a dead giveaway, so if you prefer a 'cold hunt' you
better not decrypt it. There is pull off parking near the cache
location, but there shouldn't be a lot of traffic on this
particular road. BYOP to sign the log. Enjoy the hunt and happy
