The cache was placed during our trip from Abu Dhabi to Salalah driving down the coast of Oman, a total of 8 caches were hidden and this one was the second
The cache is a plastic container with a screw on cap and has been placed underneath a rock overhang on top of a cliff overlooking a beach where sea turtles come at night for nesting. Note that you will have to walk or drive 3 km on a graded track from the tarmac road before reaching the cache location.
Please be very mindful of the turtles if you come across some of them, avoid touching them, do not shine torch at them at night, do not get into their way when they are digging their nest, laying their eggs or move around on the beach.
