Geocache Description:

The cache is beneath a crag in a large natural crater.

I have changed the ddifficulty/terrain ratings to 3 after various people have suggested it is quite hard to get down to - Please take care!

The cache can be approached from two angles:
(i) From the interesting winding river valley to the east. (The approach from this angle is boggy - If you have children with you, I suggest that you try to convince them that crossing the bog is all part of the fun!); or
(ii) From the footpath rising up the moor to the west which passes above the crag. (The approach from this angle involves scrambling down quite a steep grassy bank into the crater - again all part of the fun!)

The cache is located to the east of the main crag.
