Murrysville’s Pleasant Valley Park is a large, (265 acre)
natural area containing woodlands, open fields, hilltops and remote
valleys. Within the park there over five miles of excellent
single-track trails and old farm roads that are ideal for hiking,
mountain biking and cross-country skiing. Hunting is allowed at
this park. Please wear the appropriate orange clothing when caching
during hunting season.

The cache is about 20' off a trail where there is very nice
view. Please make sure you re-hide the cache exactly where
you found it. Total hiking distance is about 1.6 mi. round trip. If
you find yourself on the wrong trail, please backtrack, don't
bushwack or walk on steep slopes.
The park is mostly free of trash. Help keep it that way by
carrying out any trash you notice.
The Murrysville Trail Alliance is developing and
maintaining the trails in PV Park. Help is needed in this
effort. Volunteers meet thursday at 6:30 PM in the park
during Spring and Summer to work on trails . Please join us!
There are other caches in Pleasant Valley Park that you might
