Zara's Place Mystery Cache
Valerieseaker: It is with great sorrow that I archive this cache. I love logic puzzle like this. I had fun painting an ammo can for Zara's house, and making her a little skirt and hat. Lots of cachers enjoyed the puzzle and the cache.
The cache lasted almost 14 years. When I placed it, it seemed to be deep in the woods. A few years later a road was built. Then a paved trail came close by. This summer a wide stretch of trees were clear-cut, almost like they were putting a road right next to GZ. Now there's a fence around the area, and I'm not sure what's going on but I know it's no longer a good place for this cache.
Maybe I'll find a new place for Zara. Until then, she can stay with her good friend Red at GC1MFEZ.

Hello! My name is Zara. My friends have told me how kind you have been to them. They are really enjoying being with your sub-species, playing dress-up and hide-and-seek with you. The previous sub-species we were with did unspeakable things to us. It was a very hard time. They spread rumors that we were evil and dangerous. We are not dangerous; we are very peaceful.
I have recently moved into your neighborhood, and I want to invite all of you to come to my house to play. I have lots of toys and games. You can come by anytime. I am always home, and I do not need to sleep.
Right after I moved in, my friends Annie, Claire, Elliott, Henry, and Jack threw me a housewarming party. They dressed up as a dog, a fish, a tree, a light bulb, and a spider. The gifts they gave me were a book, a game, a puzzle, a race car, and a jump rope. To find out where my house is, you just need to figure out what costumes everyone wore, and what they gave me. Easy! Here are some clues:
1. Elliott didn’t give me a jump rope.
2. One of the girls thought Jack was a little strange for giving me a race car, but I have wanted one for a long time.
3. The dog asked the spider if he thought I liked the gift she gave, which was not a game.
4. The fish was happy that I liked his gift.
5. The girl who gave me the book, who is not Annie, asked the tree if he’d read it.
6. Jack and the fish started to put the spider’s gift together, but the spider and I made them stop.
7. A girl gave me the game.
