The cache is a film cannister ziptied on a branch right along the path to the look out. This was my my first cache placement, but as it has been muggled several times, I have changed the hiding spot and size of container. It is located within the Rockwood Conservation Area on the south side of the river. Trails are well used. Please use caution (especially with young children) as there are steep cliffs on this side of the river.
This is part of the Rockwood Conservation Area, and users should abide by the park rules. The main gate to the park is located at N 43. 36.751, W080. 08.871. The closest parking to the cache would be by the old mill ruins. Follow the lane over the bridge and take the trail that goes uphill behind the 'Memorial Circle'. Be sure to visit the lookout at coordinates N43.36.494, W080.08.721. The park (locally nicknamed "the cons.") has much to offer, and I have had the pleasure of enjoying its beauty for many years.
