Sao Salvador - Padroeiro da aldeia

Esta cache vai leva-lo ate ao coração da aldeia onde se encontra a capela .
Nao consegui descobrir a idade da capela, mas segundo consegui apurar tera sido construida nos inicios do seculo XX.
A capela encontra-se actualmente fechada e so é usada em ocasiões especiais ou durante as festividades da aldeia que se realiza normalmente na última semana de Agosto.
O acesso é facil de carro, mas recomenda-se deixar o carro algures na Estrada principal e se fassa o resto do caminho a pé para poder apreciar esta antiga aldeia com a sua mistura de casas novas e mais velhas.

This cache will take you to the heart of the village to the small chapel.
I wasn’t able to find how old it is it seems to have been built early in the last century.
The chapel is currently closed and is only used for special occasions or during the festivities of the village that take place normally in the last weekend of August.
The cache is easily accessible by car, but the best way to enjoy it is to leave the car on the main Road and walk to it to appreciate this old village with it’s mixture of new and older houses.
