The cache is a small lock and lock.
This cache was created as a starting place for Travel Bug TB29ZPC. The cache site is significant because this is where I found the arm band. That little thing started a Travel Bug on it’s way and now it’s responsible for a cache.
Even though the First To Find took this Travel Bug I still hope geocachers will read about this item before looking for this cache.
